Adjustable choker with Aeterna pendant. The choker has 5 chain links to adjust the length. 

Aeterna is latin for 'eternal'.

Total chain length is approximately 48cm. 

Length to the first chain link is 43cm.

Maxine's neck measures approximately 40cm in circumference and is wearing the chain at its longest length.
