Shipping policy

Made to Order jewellery requires 1-2 weeks for production before dispatch.
Ready to Ship items are dispatched in 1-3 business days.

Australia: Parcels are sent via Express Post (with tracking) for a flat rate of $14.00-20.00 depending on the size of your order.

International orders: Parcels are sent via Australia Post Standard International. Shipping prices are between AU$25-35 and come with a tracking number.

Customers in the USA are charged Duties at checkout and will not be required to make any further payments on Duties once the parcel arrives at the destination. Customers in the EU will be required to pay Duties for the parcel once it arrives at the destination's customs office, in order for the parcel to be released to you. Please note that this is subject to change depending on each country's laws and we will do our best to keep our website updated on any new changes. (This information was updated on 6th August, 2026)

Once your order has been dispatched with Australia Post, we are unable to make changes to its delivery address on our end. Customers are responsible for making sure that they are able to receive the parcel on delivery or that there is a safe place to leave it, or a post office from which to collect your parcel if there is no safe place to leave it. Lyleu is not responsible for any theft or damage to the parcel once it has been left with Australia Post. All orders come with a tracking number to enable customers to see where the parcel is located throughout the shipping process.
